Thats exactly what they have been doing. That was the objective of the Chinese economic reforms in the 80s and 90s. Their private enterprise is prospering. Where you been for the last decade?

The Australian government didn't say that. It is allowing a Chinese state owned mining company to buy Australian mining assets. Its just excluded PH for security reasons. Not economic ones!

.... And what does Australian, English, American and Swiss companies do just to name a few. They buy foreign interests including Chinese. Its not how the west works at all!

How are they ruling by a iron fist? There just playing by the same rules the west is playing to. And democracy is not a word that should be associated in this context. Got nothing to do with it.
