I'll be surprised if this doesn't get crushed on opening as all the trapped holders run for the door. The new company is 10 years old and still losing a million bucks a year, that doesn't necessarily inspire confidence. Yes the founder of this very forum is one of the owners I get that.

My question is: What makes now different to the last 10 years?

I'm not trying to downramp just examining what the expectations are for this new company.

My understanding is they have a mature product that has done well in the last year as the usual options haven't been available and they're hoping to parlay this into greater traction and eventually overseas markets. Lot's of question marks on this one for me.
