jondoori hit the nail on the head, the asx query was just a fishing exercise, the small price rise that they mentioned in the query was not one that triggers a query, but the funny thing is, the price rise after the asx query and response ( which revealed nothing) could be considered a more realistic trigger for a query but the funny thing is it was triggered by the asx querying the company in the first place. They might have to issue themselves a query,lol. Must be someone new to the asx who decided to issue the query. As they say, any publicity is good publicity. FMS should never have gone under 10c anyway so the next query shouldn't be until it's above previous highs in the mid 20's but by then there will be a reason, the jorc will be known and the other areas tonnage can be reasonably predicted.
The large price rises are probably more likely to be triggered when some announcements come out about jv's and infrastructure sharing if that's what pans out. The time is more the issue.
