Actual signed binding agreements is what the market is waiting for.....
Something that HCT just cannot deliver.......With the DOC's track record of retracting Ann's and false figures of earnings in the past then this will gain NO traction until absolutely verified first.....
No more big pumps for the DOC to cash in, now you have to step up and deliver...
