Yanlin, it is not a straight 13.16% dilution as you are picking up a money generating asset don't forget.
I agree with your post however. Does make sense. Another opportunity lost for me. Was convinced 28th October was cut off which was not going to happen. This is by me having a technical school education....a family inside joke at my expense.
