My take on this is a no. The requirement for the WTP has come from the EIS supplement submission. I would say that SMS have been progressing FEED on original EIS submission.

I would say that we are likely to hear back from TNG informing us that a third party WTP supplier will be building it.

I really hope that I am wrong, but I think that this is the way that it will play out.

I'm still guttered that the board didn't choose to inform us of this requirement at or before the AGM. PB was even questioned if we could expect further announcements prior to years end. His answer was yes, but he was not really excited to be answering the question. He knew.
