VRFB (vanadium redox flow batteries) are more efficient than PH (pumped hydro) and are being deployed for grid scaled storage.
PH is old school IMO and probably in the opinion of AGL
With the amount of capital investment AGL needs to deploy over the next ten years, they will have to enter a period of reduced dividends IMO
