I really don't know why nursing homes don't write something up about the best ways to fund a RAD, But I was told they actually like when it isn't paid or some of it? because they can't get the percentage of interest that we have to pay if we don't fully pay the RAD, they would rather have something earning that interest for them maybe?
If money did come from a super fund then they would have to be told when the RAD was paid that the money has to go back into the super fund.
A super fund is considered a business that is why it has an ABN attached.
