Well there are plenty of high density redevelopments like townhouses sitting vacant some whole blocks are just sitting idle, then there are rows and rows of off the plan houses sitting like ghost suburbs.
It may take a while but eventually the supply to market will be so great that the old under supply argument will just look stupid.
