You seem to be financially literate. Do you think it is preferable for BTA to buyback stock, implement a capital return or hold onto its cash?

I am also interested in your view of management. Do you think BTA's share price is held back by the management and a change in management is required? Changing management could destabilize the company, however this might be required to move forward.

Also if you do think a change in management is required can you please explain to me why. I am not suggesting I agree or disagree, I just want to hear clear and unemotional views.
