Mmamantswe Integrated Coal and Power Project

o 17,100m reserve drilling program completed in December.
o Water exploration and pump testing completed in November with very positive results on extraction rates and water quality.
o Aviva-GDF Suez consortium was unconditionally qualified to submit a 1,000MW proposal into Eskom’s 4,500MW IPP procurement program
o First stage transmission study with Botswana Power Corporation and Eskom completed.

Outlook
• Formalise investment by GDF-SUEZ in the Mmamantswe integrated energy project.
