"Under the agreement, JAT will provide the intellectual property (recipes & formulation) and technical support for production of the PBM products, and will supply certain raw ingredients."

There is no way Jatcorp via JAT Oppenheimer will allow anyone access to their IP without a strict licensing agreement that can be verified and acted upon if IP is used on another brand without permission.

Oppenheimer in particular have been around for 100 years. They are the ones holding the recipes and production methods IP. The Vmeat brand is where the Chinese manufactured product has an advantage over the local Chinese product, not just the IP.

This is a great deal. Its a pity you don't see that.
