Maybe Sagey is trying to conince them its only worth $60M so they figure its cheaper to hand it back to CFE than pay the last $80M.
That would be a neat trick.
Do them over twice with the same asset.
Sagey could probably pull that deal off, especially if the Russians are still bleeding.
