One way this scenario can play out is that OZL sell MM everything but PH. The cash goes to OZL, not s/holders and the s/holders are left with PH and OZL still trading.

OZL may even have some cash left over from the sale.!!

This gives shareholders the opportunity to vote at AGM's and let management know how we feel.

It also means that over time, the company can rise from the ashes of poor management and a fire sale and actually generate some returns for shareholders.
