I know that you don't like management and want Peter to leave ASAP. That is fine but there can be a period of destabilisation when management is changed, even if that management was doing a bad job. For instance, assuming Peter has written bad contracts, there will be a period when new management will have to rewrite the contracts and this can disrupt relations and general day-to-day corporate activities. At such a sensitive time for HRV and LANI this should be considered.
Other than the litigation debacle (actually disaster) and your general comments about Peter's terrible communication, what is the management doing wrong. What I want to know is what are the bad decisions (outside of the litigation) that management has made?
