my goodness you are inexperienced to think thats how the legal system works. The poster is not posting lies, but just utter rubbish. If people think the SP is falling due to that, then they obviously have no faith in shareholders or fundamentals.
perhaps the SP is falling due to your comments on here. Your comments about past management and then shocking and disgusting comments about another Aus biotech shows very limited understanding of how management should act, and also a very limited understanding of FDA process. To me, if I was a shareholder that would have been a huge red flag for me - not some random poster.
