As my post clearly highlights, NOR has more or less received all monies due for Spark VM. Further, the 4-year contract is more than half-way through in terms of time and money.
As at 30/9/20, NOR had $71k in the bank. After backing out the one-off R&D handout, NOR burned $415k last Q.
NOR have not announced a new customer for 2 years.
The Amelia announcement clearly outlines the agreement is for teaming; this is used for tenders/RFPs. Given the long sales cycle, where is the next deal coming from?
And given Metaswitch offer their own VM solution, how can NOR compete?
And now we move into the holiday season...
