    But the wind up proposal put forth by Bolton is now dead in the water. They will not 75% of the votes in favour of wind up. BCS does not need to proceed with legal proceedings anymore.

    This does not look good for Bolton as by the looks of things he was pinning his hopes on a wind up of the trust to torpedo the unpaid call liabilities.
