Good buying hey, at time of announcements it was 11% discount, though if you ignore that fact that PLS is tucking in a new asset (i.e. the CR isn't for working capital, etc) the additional shares represents a dilution of ~14%, not too scary. Seems like a lot of shoulda. woulda, coulda folks paying a visit here..
