As i said, many other things to consider but no, were not making any cash at this point so its not off. It has a P/E of 25 also. at $480 a ton, theres not a lot left.
Thats grossing 57 million PA. 25 P/E is 1.4b. We'll have about 3b SOI after this transaction. So yeah its probably pretty close if you dont use a stupid high multiple FX conversion..
Thats not to say that the company isnt worth more given whats coming and the assets in the ground, our cash balance, royalty discounts etc etc etc etc etc etc
