In relation to your lawyer friend he is either involved with the case and therefore has some major ethical issues about breach of client lawyer relationship in disclosing what he knows.

Or else he really has no idea about the facts, the cases and is going on what statements MMX are making which potentially turns out is based on what ever Barnes and Grimaldi are telling them.

Does your lawyer friend know both cases and if so what is he saying about the Koh and Evans matter which is likely now to be the first case tried.

If in the major case it turns out it is true that Barnes and Grimaldi used their position in CHM to gain an advantage for themselves and MMX (then known as Niccu)how does your lawyer dismiss out of hand the whole case law established around matters such as this and the law of constructive trusts.
