More misinformation. After some digging with contacts, Linkedin, etc ... the current COO has been with DUG for 7 years and promoted from within. Another on your list vacated the position due to family circumstances. The others were more interim, with 2 still in roles with DUG and 1 working there for 5 years before moving on.
I work in oil/gas and know the company and people very well. Brilliant minds. Most of the senior/chief/principal geos have been there for a very long time, and so have the CIO and CTO (both 12+ years and driving forces behind HPCaaS). The CFO situation is a bit odd, but the previous one was there 10 years and, from the announcements, is staying involved as director and to oversee the transition.
Like all companies, they have challenges ahead and some time/patience is needed. But from my dealings with them, I have no doubt they have the right people to meet those challenges.
