Minmetals are paying total of 3.8 bill regardless how its split.

So if they value PH at 1.5 bill, then the rest is 2.3 bill.
So ozl gives them the asetts minus PH and receives 2.3 bill.

Then ozl must pay the debt of 1.3, so it leaves 1 bill and PH

so approx 30c a share plus PH

I think you have missed the debt repayment in your calcs.
