Full disclosure: I am a shareholder in the company, and have been for a while.
I just do not understand why this stock is not generating more buzz, its metrics are strong compared to virtually every company out there. Yes, it doesn't have an established CEO - and its a bit disappointing there has been no clarity from the board as to whats going on, but this company has a high recurring revenue base from a tier 1 client. Frankly to justify a higher valuation it doesnt really need a new CEO right now. I am wondering what is stopping people from investing in this company? Is it the CEO situation? Is it the lack of updates from the company? I just feel like this is on the precipice of a value uplift but feel like I need a check from those who disagree...
