Moly it may be of interest to RBM shareholders to know that MK will be in court in 3-4 weeks being sued by Mineral resources for over $3 million plus interests and costs. I spoke to Bruce Gould Director Mineral Resources and told him i so fully supported thier actions i would by shares in MIN. He also explained that himself and the other Directors were very confident of winning!!
They claim as reported in WA media that he misled investors and furthered his own interests. If proven correct he may finally be chucked out of the ASX and banned from being a Director for life.
Moly imo i would reconsider basing my investment decisions based on yesterday hero who now is in the courts and may stay in the courts for some time yet. This action could pave the way for 'many others', being considered by previous MK investors large and small. Including myself.
Moly what were you saying about MK manipulating ther share price down????????
