At 0.14c FMS will be way over BRM. You are forgetting that BRM has $102M in cash making up the bulk of its market cap ($160M).. so for a real comparison you need to look at Enterprise value which extracts the cash component and values the assets.

BRM EV of $60M vs FMS EV of about $110M (at 10c). It is alomst double BRM which already has a 1.6BT JORC.
