Shell isn't 100% yet. They want to make sure it aint water before the commit... they couldn't do this sort of thing 10 years ago. So if results from CSEM are good and Shell do commit, our chances of finding lots of oil are very high.
My sp estimates are based on the odds of success for each stage of development, leading to to a possible $5 - $10 stock in the end, which is based on aprox 1B shares and 200M barrels of oil.
