Texas voters are obvious stakeholders in the outcome of their election, and are obviously affected if those outcomes are corrupted by the actions of other states. The obvious answer to the assertion that Texas has no rights over other states is that SCOTUS does. That's why they were approached! That's part of what they are supposed to do to justify their existence!
Yet, the SCOTUS wouldn't even give them cognizance.
I don't know if the judges were indeed yelling and screaming, but it certainly accords in my mind with the quality of their decision.
