i did not take it that way, but each to their own..
i took it as the morningstar will be a nice "little" earner that will facilitate the development of waverly (the "big" earner)
plenty here have done the sums and estimated what can be earnt from the morningstar deposits, i don't think peterh was downplaying those, moreso highlighting the potential of and switch in ultimate focus to waverly
