This is round 1 and TBR have just thrown a few jabs. This fight will go the distance and BB needs to be mindful of AB's uppercut!
Don't stress over one court judgement outcome - as it was likely a strategic ploy to get discovery of documents otherwise denied to TBR. My guess is there are more rounds to come...
I gave up a long time ago trying to predict a single judge outcome. That is why the Appeals and High Courts exist.
