I believe that you are spot on mate. Love to see a good divergence and I personally never thought of applying it to the short positions. This is a fantastic contribution to tech analysis, thankyou. It backs up the price action we've seen for the past couple of weeks and I am eager to see how this unfolds. It has been such a struggle for the bears to get it down here again, I would think they are just about out of steam

I am very surprised to see 10c get touched again, I called 14 before 10 and here we are. I still feel previous analysis holds true tho. The bullish divergence is now quite significant, the only way for this to be negated is a move down to 0.053 or lower and I just can't see the that happening.

It is certainly an ugly start to the week, which was expected if we didn't get through to retest 14 again on the last swing up as per previous analysis. This 10c - 10.5c zone is very much the area for bulls to load up. There is some pretty significant volume gone through here over the last month or so and I expect it to hold.

Something of significance, and it's too early to call yet, is on the hourly chart. It's currently setting up for my 2nd strongest bull signal. If the wma5 crosses North of the ema55 then 18.5 - 19 is on the table in the next few weeks. The downside is the Christmas selling that happens every year however I'm strong long and wouldn't like to be out.
