Banks have recovered too quickly?
why?
they've earned more in interest thanks to the loan holidays than they would have otherwise.
any defferred loan they they have on the books would have added 6 months to the end of the time frame at roughly 1k per month on average in additional interest for no cost aside from putting a hold on mortgage payments.
