Time to put this thread to bed, I reckon. Just a few points. I'm a long hauler, and confident EDE is well on track to making it big time.My original post questioned the use of the 708A, section 6D provision to get a mere half million dollars in spite of the Long State facility which I understood was to reduce the number of CR's and in spite of the Company having a reasonable cash position and good sales in the pipeline. It was La Jolla all over again. They got their money back in a number of hours plus a heap of free options. Nice work if you can get it. Rightly, or wrongly, I'm putting it down to a Christmas present for someone or entity. Or a return of a favour perhaps?
Either way, the value of everyone else's share holdings took a hit.
