Yes tricky wording! I read it that
"Drilling at Carlow Castle has currently ceased' (could have ceased a short while ago) .... 'we look forward to restarting RC drilling later this week'.......but "RC drilling will cease for the Christmas break and resume on or around 6 January 2021"
Just need to know their date for the beginning of the Xmas break!
