This is actually the first bit of good news for shareholders for a long time.

I have often stated SdL is worthless. That is no longer the case.

The deceitful corruption of the Congo government has opened the window for recovery.

For the first time in more than 5 years there is now actually a genuine chance that shareholders will see some value. Will take forever and will be funded and run by litigation funders, but would appear to have a strong chance of success with a legal action for recovery of sunk costs and damages.

I assume the damages will be the loss of a 40mtpa producing iron ore mine. The damages will be in the Billions!!!

The stupidity and corruption of the Congo govt is stunning.
