I agree with your comments. I've been in this for over a decade & have ALWAYS thought the Chinese might backdoor SDL i.e cut out SDL & deal directly with Cameroon/Congo. When SDL go into admin a deal will be stitched up with China directly. These countries don't worry about litigation thru International Arbitration.
