Hi all,
I've read the PCL announcement ... basically it's a speeding fine .. and they say that they know of no reason for the SP increase .... there is mention that the MOU (memorandum of understanding) in Eritrea which was due to expire on the 23/06 has been extended to the 23/07. Also they say that following Woodside's withdrawal from Kenya a report reviewing the seismic data will be out in 7 days and that they will meet with the Kenya Mines Department to discuss where to go now in early July .....
I'm not an expert on PCL but would interpret todays activity as "hype based" and following this announcment you may see a correction tomorrow ... just my take .. and I hold no shares....
