The devil in the announcement will be a fairly crap price for the assets they are taking but remember their offer included PH AND paying debt.
If, after this all pans out, there is still an OZL, which was not the case before Swan stepped in, and there is no debt problem, and the jewel in the crown is intact, then ...I vote Swanny to replace MM in charge.
