Well there is a corporate update behind the TH. Various posts on other threads (including one from me) are suggesting a range of reasons behind the TH.
That the court docket on this NY Southern District Court Case was updated14/12 (US time) seems timely. There is mention of the various plaintiffs cases being joined together and the party that will be the plaintiff lawyer.
It is material as no doubt MSB is chewing through money for defence. I am sure it will be a while before their insurers are on the clock for the costs.
Last time i looked our cash runway was approximately 13 months..
