Aj, put yourself in his shoes. I would think he has enough respect with SiYi to get an appointment. If he can't then either SiYi are playing games or are very embarrassed about something and can't bring themselves to front with any reasons. I am leaning towards more embarassment than anything else.

If Ming Sun discovers that our board is responsible for SiYi's backflip then chances are he will want a new board too.

If the MPS is the reason behind the backflip and siYi have no control over it then its something we have to cop on the chin. However, if the MPS say we don't want O4 because the quality control issues have not been addressed to our liking then collectively SiYi, Jack kerin's and our board are to blame for not managing it correctly.

There are many scenarios that could be playing out here and at the end of the day we may not know why things have fallen in a heap and if that be the case then you would expect our board to do the right thing and stand down for failure to deliver.
