todays vote provided freebies to directors. So if after two years the share price is still at current level, the directors will still be laughing as they will pocket almost $2m for nothing.
For a company's share price to grow - the management is the front and centre and any serious investor (insto wise) will look at the actions of the management first before investing any money.
