LE has answered your questions correctly. 5% is the substantial holding threshold. however as he also said, many companies acquire their stakes under several holding companies which keep them under the radar as they do not hold over the 5%.

Moving on from that, the buying is relentless. Some large profit taking has been taking place in the last to days and literally there has been a large sponge soaking up everything that is thrown its way. It's looking very strong now for another leg up towards the end of the week. (especially seeing a big Friday with punters taking positions before monday).

It will be interesting to see what the chartists have to say about its continued strength. i think a nice base is being formed here ready to burst. we will see
