I had a chuckle at the investor presentation where it mentions the cap raise "price of 5.34 is at x% discount of todays closing price"....
Haha... the price rose 6% today alone.
Could also of worded it as "the price of 5.34 is a premium of % above of what you could of purchased this for yesterday, and probably again tomorrow, on market".
