You are correct, its not really guidance.

Lets face it though, there is no one doing field work in December in Quebec, so the data "Should" have already been collected and would be being place into a report. Hopefully during the month of December the report is going through a reviewal process (internally) to make sure that everything that was initially asked of them has been effectively answered.

This week would be the last week of uninterrupted time available prior to the holidays, so I was expecting an announcement, but got crickets instead.
Maybe it will still happen, but it does not seem like it.
