Novo must spend $460,000 by December 2020 to claim its 70 per cent stake was where it stood in August, Novo had spent virtual nothing before August....that was post access and heritage. So what then... Did any of the below happen?

"Novo has been granted heritage clearance for exploration in three areas of the Kangan tenements, and will begin fieldwork by September.

Novo has not yet made a detailed exploration plan for the permitted areas, but it's expected early work will be consistent with Novo's approach across the Egina project.

So far, Novo has used a suite of techniques to map the area for prospective targets, including bulk sampling, drilling, high-resolution aerial photography and ground penetrating radar.

With the grant of heritage clearance, Novo can now begin work at Kangan in earnest."
