    Given that Wayne has just dumped 15% of his ordinary holdings I think you can probably conclude two things.

    1/ There will not be a market sensitive announcement for two weeks

    2/ The announcement that will be delivered is not likely to be the earth shattering re-rating that many shareholders are hoping for.
