Looks good and implies that Advance Energy (who have had access to the data room) have valued Buffalo on a risked basis at decently more than US$40M gross, as they wouldn't be bidding $20M for 50% if they only expected to just get their money back.
There is always some risk around farmouts with smaller players who need to raise capital so I'll wait til the money hits the bank before I get too excited but it sounds very promising so far.
