About the history "why Germany and Japan to start a war". After world war 1, world was having recession. Because Germany had to pay their debt to US. during the time, Germany was having the worst deep depression, and Government print a lot of money, it currency is like Zimbabwean currency now. And then Hitler come in power and save the problem,(by strength the army invade country, loot their Goods and also kill the rich people.)
At the same time for Japan, it is quite a advance country. During the recession, US want to save their US job and company. Decided to reduce other export country from export good, that is Japan. Japan itself don't have mineral, they needed US to send them mineral so that they had the material to produce goods. But US stopped sending mineral to Japan. without mineral Japan don't produce any things. one of the Japan General have a idea why not get the mineral from closer country that is South East Asia. And the war begin....
They were force to start a war at that time.
That is why Germany is the only western country in the world now, have the highest saving rate.
