This is an excellent result, and the faithful always knew they would get to this stage.
The next stage in terms of commercial development will be to drill and stimulate multiple zones, ie 2 or 3 layers through which the holes must penetrate.
This is a technical challenge. To date every thing they have done has been done with existing techniques and equipment. What they propose to do next has never been done and the equipment to do it has yet to be designed and prototyped. This will be a challenge.
This announcement will no doubt assist the share price, but until the challenges mentioned above have been solved the return on capital will be zilch.
Sorry to put a dampener on a great news, but my aim has been to acquaint those interested with the realities of the technology and engineering. Keep feet on the ground if you will, so that informed decisions can be made.
