An announcement of the $100M placement to MidWest...yes, absolutely. But is that even required any longer?
Ding is the sole shareholder in MidWest, but he's also Chairman of ANS and a Top SH. So why would MidWest need to load up on ANS shares, that was the previous tilt required to get $100M to satisfy the SDL deal which has since collapsed.
If anyone has anything to add on this it would be welcome. In my view the $100M is null & void now, unless Ding specifically wants to funnel control into MidWest.
